Cards

Hello,

I made some cards!  Woohoo!  And they're NOT Christmas cards!
I have nothing against making Christmas cards, but, let's face it... after making so many for my own personal use PLUS so many for challenges... I've had enough!  I'm ready for a different kind of card!

Which brings me to the cards I made that were submitted at Cardabilities for their #65 Sketch Challenge.
This is the sketch:

I always make more than one card.  And when I started making cards using this sketch, I ended up with 4 cards!  I LOVE this sketch!  Thanks, Cardabilities!  And I'm pretty happy about how cute these cards turned out too!
So, I will be posting all 4 of them.  They're basically the same with only the sentiments different.  I'm always trying to make as many cards as I can with only 2-3 papers.  Picture it... using different papers would change the whole look of these cards too.  Oh, the possibilities!  :)

This is my "Hello" card.  I know, it's hard to see the sentiment.  I probably should have looked for darker ink.  I used silver gems for the flower centers and string for the banners.
I traced the largest Nestabilities die onto cardstock and hand cut them.

Here's a closer look at the cutest little banners ever!!  :)

Here's my "Hi!" card.  I used clear gems for the flower centers and tried stamping the sentiment on one of the banners.  Not sure if I like this or not...

This is my "get well" card.

 Finally, my "Happy Birthday" card.

Supplies used:
Paper: DCWV, White Cardstock
Nestabilities Die
Big Shot
Flowers
Clear Gems: Stampin' Up!
Silver Gems: Studio 112
Various Sentiments
Ink: Vivid! Raspberry
String

Thanks for stopping by and hope you'll stop in again.
Merry Christmas!
Libby  :)
