I have a layout to share that was submitted at ARTastic Challenge Blog for their January Inspiration. This is the inspirational photo featuring My Blue Angel 3D chalk artist Jenny McCracken. Isn't this the most beautiful work? So realistic and dimensional. Love it! That's why I had to play along with this month's challenge.
Extra criteria is to use chalk and/or wings on your page.
Here is what I created using feathers as the wings and the background paper that was chalked.
I chose a sketch by Jamariel (Sept 15, 2011).
Another "blast-from-the-past" photo! Our daughter when she was 21 months old. What a cheeky little smile she had... so sweet!
I hope this background paper counts towards the use of chalk.

Perfect Pearls Mists
Glitter Flowers w/Gems
Using my Exacto I cut small slits into the photo right where her shoulders are and tucked the feathers inside and pulled out the length I needed for her "wings."
My flower grouping consists mostly of glitter flowers. I layered the larger flower.
The left side of the page looked so plain, so I added another flower/gem.
This photo gives you a better look at my title as well as the misting.
Thanks for stopping by.
Hope you will stop in again.
