Puppy Love

Hello there,
It's bitterly cold and the wind is blowing.  Brrrr!  A lot of people (including me) will be so glad when this deep freeze GOES AWAY!

Anyhow, I have a layout to share with you today that was submitted at Sketchabilities for their Sketch #83.
Here's the sketch:

And this is what I created.  This was a really fun sketch to work with.
Here's Max, our daughter's dog.  If you're not having a good day, this little dog is sure to make you laugh!
If I'm missing a slipper, I just find Max and there it is!  He and Zoe would play outside for hours... and it was totally hilarious to see!  They have so much fun together.

Supplies used:
Paper: DCWV
Tickets
Banners
Toothpicks
Stickers
Paw Prints Ribbon
Foil Embossed Gems: Forever in Time
Pop Dots
Twine

The border was traced from a template.

I used toothpicks for the banners, which are tucked under the photo.  The paw print sticker was matted on cardstock.

Here's a closer look a my banners.

This was fun to make!!  The ribbon was a bit too narrow for the banner, so I adhered the ribbon onto cardstock and then wrapped it around the twine.  The stickers were also matted.

I also added some bling which bursts from behind the page title.

Here's a look at the right side of my page.

And a closer look at my cute little paw prints banner!!

Hope you enjoyed your visit!
Please stop in again.
