Happy Birthday Card

Hello!

Another card to share that was submitted at Sketches 4 All for their Technique Tuesday June 18th Challenge (TECH3) using misting/paint splats.  You can see the challenge here.

This is what I created.  And if you recognize the pp... Yup... I did use it for a previous challenge.  I'm trying to use up all my scraps (I seem to have an endless supply of them)... and making cards is the best way to use them up!  :)
