Hi there,
This layout was submitted at Soul Scrappers for their Negative Space Sketch Challenge (NSC28). You can see the challenge here. The deadline for entries is Oct 21st... so you have time to play along too!
The sketch:
And here's my layout:
This photo was taken by a friend of our daughter's while she was serving our Country in Afghanistan. She looks so lonely just sitting there eating. I'm sure there were other people there too. She just looks to solitary in this photo. It's a wonderful photo of her too, that I am happy to be able to scrap about. I chose not to add journaling along the bottom. Only a single flower/glitter gem in the lower right.
Supplies used:
Paper: DCWV, Colorbok, Other
Circle Punches
Ribbon
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder
Paper Ribbon
Flowers
Glitter Gems: Home Made
Various circles were added along the top with a flower and knotted ribbon.
I embossed the three paper pieces tucked under the photo.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
