The sun is shining!  I guess that's a good thing, right?

Today I have a layout that was submitted at Paper Secrets
for their November 15 Sketch Challenge.

This is the sketch:

And my creation:
These photos were taken while I was outside weeding my flowers, which happens to be
under this window.  I looked up and there were the cats watching me.  (I always keep my
camera on me when our grandson is visiting).  The next thing I knew Dylan was peeking
through the window with one of our cats, deciding to check out what was going on too!
It was too cute to resist a photo!

I created the "burst" behind the photo by simply using a ruler to draw the lines and placed the
two pieces of paper together.  I cut each strip and used alternate pieces to create this burst.
So easy to do!

Supplies used:
Paper: DCWV
Sticker: Paper Adventures
Title Sticker: Miss Elizabeth's
Chenille Rick Rack
Distressing w/Scissors
Pop Dots
Perfect Pearls Mists

Love this chenille rick rack!  The cute animated sticker is pointing at the "Buddies."
The whole page was misted with Perfect Pearls.  Cool stuff... it gives plain papers such a
shimmer!  I cut several circles from the patterned papers and used pop dots to adhere them.

The title sticker was adhered to paper first then added to the page.
The circles were distressed using scissors and adhered with pop dots.

Another view of the pearl mists.

Pop dots add such dimension to any layout.  And they're so fun to use!

Thanks for stopping by!
