Lynn

Hi there!

I have a layout to share with you today that was submitted at Screen 2 Scrap for their January Movie Poster Inspiration.

The inspiration poster:

Extra criteria:
1 pt. = White base cardstock
2 pts. = Large BOLD one word title (any color)
3 pts. = A teddy bear on the page (stamped, sticker, embellie)

This is what I created using a sketch by Becky Fleck/Page Maps (May 2006):
I used all the requirements:
White base cardstock
Large, bold word title
And, a teddy bear

This is a photo of my dear daughter in July of 1986 at the age of 4 1/2.  Bring out the camera and she was always ready with that cute smile!

Supplies used:
Paper: Colorbok
Sheer pink/green Wire Ribbon
Flowers
Swirls Gems: Recollections
Gems: Glitterazzi
Distressing
Teddy Bear Die Cut
Ribbon
Flower Template (background)

Here's my cute little teddy bear.  He looked a bit "deformed" to me on his right side, so I simply tucked that portion under the photo.  The edges were distressed and a bow was added.

The flowers in the upper corner.  The gems in the smaller flowers were purchased with the gems already on them and a gem was added on the larger flower.  I distressed the edges of the large flower for the background.

I found some cardstock letters hanging around, but the color didn't match at all.  So, I traced them onto the cardstock that I wanted, distressed the edges and added flowers and bling to the letters.

Bling was added under a couple of the larger flowers.

A closer look at a couple of the letters, the distressing and flowers and cute bling!

This photo gives you a better look at the cute ribbon.  I left the teddy bear's leg/arm and head lifted off the page a bit, for dimension.

Thanks for stopping by!
