Strike a Pose

Hello,

I love days where I can just relax and scrap!  Of course, I'm always doing "other" tasks around the house in between creating!!  :)

This layout was submitted at Sketches in Thyme for their #99 Sketch Challenge.  This is the sketch:

 Here's what I created:

Our kids in 1998.
They are such hams for the camera!  We were having a "bored" spell, so I brought out my camera while they decided where to stand.  Interesting how they both have their arms crossed the same way!
Can you tell I've been looking through lots of old photos?  Lately, most of my layouts are from way back when and are so cute to look at.

Supplies used:
Paper: K&Co., Colorbok
Distressing
Mr Huey's Color Mists
Perfect Pearls Mists
Sharpie Marker
Font: Cricut Opposites Attract
Gold Cording
Bling: Forever in Time

The edges of the banner triangles were distressed, misted and a row of bling added across the top.  I used gold cording to hold the banner.

Here's a better look at my banner.  Love how this turned out... simple yet so cute!  :)

I misted the right side of the page.  Under the title I decided on journaling onto strips of paper.

Each rectangle was distressed and misted.

Thanks for stopping by.
Hope you'll return!
