Here's another layout that was also submitted at Colorful Creations for their So You Think You Can Scrap Challenge (SYTYCS02) for Week 2.

This is Andrew, Dylan and I.  This photo was taken after a long day at work.

 On the large white flower I stacked two felt flowers and held them together with a brad.  The edges of the felt flowers were inked just enough to give them faint color.  Two stick pins were also added.  Gems were added in the smaller flower centers and randomly around them.

This is my favorite banner so far!  I love the look of the chenille ribbon!  A bow was added in the center of the banner.

 

Here's a closer look at the chenille ribbon.

 

The top layer of the chipboard letters were peeled off... because the color didn't match.  I then inked them and added glitter paint.  A heart with distressed edges has the "3" on it.

 

The negatives from making the banner were used along the bottom strip of paper.

 

I added a bit of misting on the lower right of my page.
