Puppy Love

Hello,

I've been busy these past couple of days... even though I've had to make trips away from home the past two days, I've still completed several layouts!  Not bad!!  :)

Here's a layout that was submitted at Stuck Sketches for their March Sketch Challenge.  Here's the sketch:

I wasn't sure about this sketch when I started, but then it all started to come together and this is what I created.  Hope you like it.
Love these fun photos of Andrew with his dog, Zoe when she was around 4 or 5 months old.  Zoe always hated water and Andrew was determined to get her in the mini pool!  Once he accomplished this task, she would just stand there, not moving.  You could see it on her face that she was not happy to be there!  The bottom photo is how happy she looked after she got out of the pool!  Such a funny puppy!!

Supplies used:
Paper: Colorbok
Flowers: Hand Made
Ribbon
Sharpie Marker
Clear Stickers: Miss Elizabeth's
Glass Beads

The banners were cut at a slight angle so they looked smaller on one end (much like the sketch).

I added some journaling on the upper block and a clear dog bone sticker in the corner.  The flower is one of my creations, curling the ends using a the end of a paintbrush, layering several of them and adding glass beads in the center.

I was so excited to find these clear stickers in my stash!  They're absolutely perfect for my page!  Aren't they the sweetest?

I added another dog bone in the lower right of this block.  More journaling documenting the date and Zoe's age.  This flower was made only using two layers and more glass beads for the center.

Here's a closer look at my flower.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!
