Wonderful You

Hello there!

Another layout to share.  I managed to get some decent photos in between the pinkish and blurry photos!  Ugh!

I made it to Week 21 at Colorful Creations for their So You Think You Can Scrap Challenge (SYTYSC021).  Woo hoo!  You can see the challenge here.

Now it's up the the members of C.C. to vote for their favorites and 2 people will be eliminated each week until we have a winner. 

I'm happy to still be hanging in there.

And don't forget to VOTE FOR MY LAYOUT!  I was trying to find where the voting will take place... but I can't seem to find it.  I'll keep looking and when I find it... I'll add the link here.

This is what I created:

Our cutest little grandson ever... when he was around 10-12 months.  Love that sweet face and chubby cheeks!  He was pulling on his blanket that grampie was holding on to it and pretending it was "his" favorite blanket.

I decided to add my journaling on the tag and write the word smile on the smiley face.  :)

The edges were distressed and rick rack added at the top.

Sorry for the glare in this photo.  I was trying to get a better photo of the various mists I used.

You can see some of the misting in this photo.  Once again, all the edges were distressed.  The page title was adhered onto cardstock and trimmed.

 Two different colors and sizes of washi tape were added above the photo.
