Gone Hiking

I have a layout to share that was submitted at Soul Scrappers for their Around the World (Mexico) Challenge (ATW6).  You can see the challenge here.

Taking inspiration from the 1st photo, this is what I created:

This is a portion of our Boy Scout Troop.  We went for an all day hike.  It's absolutely gorgeous here.  The trail goes all around the lake with a mountain to climb midway... and lots of look out points.  Just beautiful!

 This is what inspired me from the 1st photo:

- the neutral colors

- blue skies

-greens

floppy hat (like Andrew's in the photo)

Twine

Part of the title is adhered with pop dots to make it stand out more.

I adhered the stickers to cardstock, trimmed around them and added them above the journaling with pop dots.  The circle was distressed.

I added various stickers describing our hike.

The top right corner was folded down with a knotted piece of twine "holding it down."  :)
