Paper: DCWV, White Cardstock

Chipboard Word

Ribbon

Ink: A la mode Blue

Sketch: Splitcoast Stampers (SC318)

Ribbon was folded under the chipboard and a banner  under that.  The edges of the chipboard were inked.
