Best Friends Card

Here's a card that was submitted at Sketches 4 All for their August Card for a Friend Challenge (Card for a Friend).  You can see the challenge here.

And now for my "Best Friends" card:

I tried out another new embossing folder.  The quote is vellum and the gems are home made.
