Fort Knox

Hello,

Here's a layout that was submitted at Soul Scrappers for their Sketch Challenge (SC68).  You can see the challenge here.

The challenge is to use the sketch, using two thinner than normal photos and a clothing tag or similar.

This is the sketch:

And here's my layout titled, "Fort Knox."
These photos are just a small sampling of the beautiful views while we were in the Observatory.  The bottom photo is Fort Knox... where we toured and had a blast!

Supplies used:
Paper: My Mind's Eye, Colorbok
Clothing Tags
Fibers
Stencils
Metallic Paints
Mists
Letter Stickers

Here's one of the clothing tags.  PP was wrapped around the top as banners and fibers knotted through the hole.

The other clothing tag serves as a mat for the page title.  More fiber was knotted through the hole.

Here's a look at the various techniques using a couple different stencils.  Metallic paints and mists were used.

Here's another look.  Really love how this turned out!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
