Grandpa (Grampie)

Hi there,

Here's my layout for the Turtle Soup September Mini Crop - to scrap about parents, grandparents, aunt, elderly close friend, etc.

My layout is titled, "Grandpa" or "Grampie" as he's "officially called."  :)

Hubby with our grandson quite a few years ago.  He was showing him how to play the TV game and helping him to move the control.  And our dog, Zoe, is beside them.

Thought the "gears" stencil was appropriate for my page.  Walnut ink was misted.  The sticker sentiment was matted on pp.  I used a marker to create faux stitches just above the punched border.

The gems are home made.  Can't believe I actually found a bunch that were roughly the same size!  Woo hoo!

The title sticker was added to the left of the photo.  The punched border was distressed.

More gems were added at the top of my page.  A few more faux stitches were added below the ribbon.  Another smaller piece of ribbon was stapled to the checkered ribbon.
