Omaha's Zoo

Hello,

Here's a layout that was submitted at Archi-scraps for their Challenge #7.  This is the inspiration photo:

 

The challenge is for your layout to contain at least part of a circle or a whole circle and, because it's a zoo, to include an animal somewhere.  Entries can be received until January 31st.

Here is what I created using the requirements of circles and animals:

These are only a couple of the cool animals we had the pleasure of seeing at the Omaha Zoo in Nebraska.

We had a blast wandering around there for a whole day!

Supplies used:

Paper: DCWV

String

Ribbon

Distressing

Sharpie Marker

Circles

I added my journaling to the circle that was distressed along the edges.

 

 I chose to use the photo I took of the sign as we entered the Zoo.  It's a bit dark because of the angle, but it still works.

I added decorative ribbon under the photos.

Here's my banner.  The edges were distressed and the tips curled up a bit to add some dimension.
