This layout was submitted at Soul Scrappers for their Around the World - Japan Challenge (ATW5).  You can see the challenge here.

This is what I created:

A couple of boys from our Boy Scout Troop having some fun before marching in the July 4th Parade.

I was inspired by the 2nd photo:

- the painted faces

- teal colors

-patterned dresses

-bling in their hair

Sharpie Marker

A little bling was added on the photo turn.

I added a bracket to the left of the photo and another cardstock strip below the journaling block.  And let's not forget about the bling!  I thought this would "dress up" the page a bit.  :)

The page title is a clear sticker.
