Father and Daughter Disney Quote

Hi there,

Here's a layout that was submitted at Home and Scrapped for their September Disney Quote Challenge (Sept13-Amy).  You can see the challenge here.

The challenge is to add a Disney quote on your layout.

Here's my layout:
My hubby with our daughter before they marched in the July 4th Parade held in our hometown each year.  She's always so excited to march with her dad... especially since she's in the military too!

I chose this Disney quote:
Fathers have to learn that daughters have to grow.  And if you truly love them, you must let them go.
-King Triton

Supplies used:
Paper: DCWV, Colorbok, White Cardstock
Ribbon
Flowers/Stems
Computer Font: Bradley Hand ITC
Gems: Home Made
Distressing
Sketch: Page Maps (July 2008)

After printing the quote onto cardstock... I found this shape in my stash that fit perfectly.  The edges were distressed and gems added above and below the quote.

Flowers and stems were clustered in the lower left of the photo.

Here's a closer look at the flowers and gems.

Three additional gems were also added in the lower right of my page.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
